Alexander Screw Products provides Blanchard and Centerless grinding services for custom machined parts, anchor bolts, plates, and assemblies. Our grinding departments handle both production and precision finishing with the same focus on tight tolerances, consistency, and ISO-certified quality.
Capabilities & Equipment
Blanchard Grinding (Rotary Surface Grinding)
Ideal for large plates, base components, and assemblies requiring flatness and parallelism across broad surfaces. Our Blanchard grinders handle workpieces up to 40″ in diameter, producing clean, cross-hatched finishes perfect for welded or bolted interfaces.
Centerless Grinding
For shafts, rods, studs, and anchor bolts where diameter accuracy and smooth surface finish are critical. We maintain diameter control within ±0.0002″ and finishes to 16 micro-inch Ra or better on runs from one piece to thousands.
Cylindrical & Surface Grinding
Supporting precision fits, bearing surfaces, and post-machining finishing on custom parts.
